What Minaret Listen stores, why it stores it, and how to get rid of it. Written to be read rather than skimmed.
What we collect
An email address, the plan you are on, and which episodes you have played. Nothing else is required to use the app.
Playback position is stored on the device. If you sign in on a second device it syncs so a story resumes where it stopped.
What we do not collect
No advertising identifiers, no third-party trackers, no microphone access. Sing-together recordings stay on the device unless you choose to save them to your account.
Children
There is nothing to buy inside the app, no comments, and no outside links. We do not knowingly collect data from a child account beyond playback position.
Deleting your data
Settings → Account → Delete account removes the account and its listening history within seven days. Downloads on the device are removed immediately.
